Our Promise

Customer service is important to us. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us so that we can remedy the situation promptly. Your satisfaction is our promise.

ORDERS

Online product orders are typically processed and shipped between 2 - 3 business days while personalized stationery orders typically process and ship 2 - 3 weeks after your final approval via the shipping method of your choice. We do our best to keep popular items in stock, but from time to time certain items are on backorder. In the event of a possible shipping delay, we will inform you via email.

SHIPPING

Box Paper Scissor ships all orders via UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. Box Paper Scissor is not responsible for any international customs regulations or duties that may apply. Please confirm fees and regulations with your local customs office.

PAYMENT

Box Paper Scissor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

 

SALES TAX

Box Paper Scissor does not charge sales tax on orders outside the state of Louisiana. Box Paper Scissor is only required to collect sales tax on orders to ship within the state of Louisiana. A sales tax rate of 9.00% does apply.

 

RETURN POLICY

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a store credit. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to a gift card (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply to personalized orders. A 65% deposit is taken to personalize custom orders and this deposit cannot be refunded once proofs are issued. Upon final approval of your proof, Box Paper Scissor cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words, etc). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, Box Paper Scissor is required to charge for a reprint.
